The FFA Organizes Workshop on Bank Employees’ Skills in Customer Prospecting and Sales Closing

On the morning of April 19, 2025, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at Lac Hong University successfully organized a workshop titled "Bank Employees’ Skills in Customer Prospecting and Sales Closing." The event took place at Room I209, Campus 6, Lac Hong University, and attracted a large number of students from the Finance and Accounting program.

The workshop provided students with essential knowledge and skills in customer prospecting and sales closing within the banking industry. The keynote speaker, Mr. Hoang Duc Tien, Deputy Head of the Corporate Banking Division at Sacombank Dong Nai, shared practical experiences regarding effective strategies and methods for building customer relationships and successfully closing sales in the banking sector.

Through Mr. Tien’s valuable insights, students gained a deeper understanding of the sales process and customer service practices, while also learning professional strategies used in the banking industry. The workshop created a space for fruitful interactions between students and industry experts, helping students better prepare for their careers in finance and banking.
