LHU spreads the spirit of emulation and unity among faculty and staff

On December 26, 2025, LHU held the Conference to review Trade Union activities in 2025, and honor its faculty members and employees. The conference aimed to assess the outcomes of Trade Union activities over the past year, while also caring for the material and spiritual well-being of faculty and staff in a practical, democratic, and innovative manner, closely aligned with the University’s operational realities.

The event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Rector; MA. Dang Dai Hung - Chairman of the Trade Union; along with leaders, faculty members and staff.

In his remarks, Rector Lam Thanh Hien espressed his sincere appreciation to the faculty members and employees for their companionship, dedication, and commitment to the University over the years. He emphasized that the silent and persistent contributions of the collective faculty and staff serve as a vital foundation enabling the University to maintain stability and move steadily toward sustainable development.

As part of the event, Rector Lam Thanh Hien and Chairman of the University Trade Union Dang Dai Hung jointly signed the emulation agreement for the 2025–2026 academic year, reflecting consensus on goals, action orientations, and shared responsibilities among administrators, lecturers, and employees in effectively implementing the tasks of the new academic year in alignment with practical conditions.

On the occasion, the University reviewed Trade Union activities and commended outstanding union members and Trade Union units for their achievements, demonstrating the collective determination, responsibility, and emulation spirit of all faculty and staff in fulfilling professional duties and achieving the objectives of the new academic year.

Notably, LHU honored and recognized faculty members and employees for their 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of dedicated service and contributions. These recognitions not only commemorate each individual’s journey of commitment but also cultivate a spirit of unity, sharing, and responsibility within the LHU community.
