On December 26, 2025, LHU held the Conference to review Trade Union activities in 2025, and honor its faculty members and employees. The conference aimed to assess the outcomes of Trade Union activities over the past year, while also caring for the material and spiritual well-being of faculty and staff in a practical, democratic, and innovative manner, closely aligned with the University’s operational realities.

In his remarks, Rector Lam Thanh Hien espressed his sincere appreciation to the faculty members and employees for their companionship, dedication, and commitment to the University over the years. As part of the event, Rector Lam Thanh Hien and Chairman of the University Trade Union Dang Dai Hung jointly signed the emulation agreement for the 2025–2026 academic year, reflecting consensus on goals, action orientations, and shared responsibilities among administrators, lecturers, and employees in effectively implementing the tasks of the new academic year in alignment with practical conditions.
