LHU visited and worked with On Semiconductor Vietnam Co., Ltd

On August 16 afternoon, representatives of LHU including DSc. Pham Van Toan and MSc. Le Hoang Anh, Dean and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Mechatronics and Electronics along with lecturers and staff members of the Center of Admissions and Public Relations visited and worked with On Semiconductor Vietnam Co., Ltd. The working visit aimed to discuss the receipt of machines and equipment donated by the Company to serve LHU's teaching and learning.

The On Semiconductor Vietnam Co., Ltd., located in Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park specializes in manufacturing semiconductor components and hybrid integrated circuits (Electronics).

At the meeting, the Company highly appreciated the Faculty's human resources training and providing. After completing handover procedures, Mr. Lam from the Technical Department will guide lecturers in charge to operate and use the machines.

Also at the working session, Mr. Le Hoang Anh expressed his wish to support the Company by opening short-term classes for its employees in accordance with the Company's current situation.

There will be another working session between the two sides to develop the MoU and hand over the equipment to the University. This is good news for LHU students, especially Engineering ones. In the long term, the Company will prioritize recruiting LHU students.
